New Neighbor Information

Pay annual homeowners association dues of $75 (a billing notice is sent at the start of each year) to help pay common expenses and support community activities.

Let us know who you are by emailing wingatehoa@gmail.com. Periodic notifications and communications are sent to neighbors that have provided us with their email addresses. This information will only be used for neighborhood-related activities and not shared with outside groups or businesses.

For home improvement plans that involve tree removal or exterior construction (including fences), please fill out a request, talk to your neighbors about it, and contact any board member for review before proceeding. Request form
