HOA Board and Regular Meetings
The Wingate Homeowners Association is guided by an elected board of up to seven volunteers who live in Wingate. Board members receive no compensation and volunteer because of a mutual desire to maintain the livable quality of the neighborhood.
The HOA Board members conduct business on the first Wednesday of each month (except July/August) at 7:00 PM at a volunteer board member's house. The board is responsible for proposing a budget for approval via homeowner vote, reviewing architectural proposals, reviewing requests for tree removal, and facilitating communications between neighbors to foster amicable resolution of disputes, among other activities. If you wish to attend an HOA board meeting, please email to wingatehoa@gmail.com to learn the location of the upcoming meeting (location dependent upon Board member host home availability). Minutes from HOA Board meetings are available from the HOA Secretary upon request.
The Board also aims to increase awareness and seek enforcement of the neighborhood covenants.
HOA Dues
The Wingate HOA is a non-profit neighborhood organization. HOA dues are voluntary, but they are used to help pay for expenses as generally shown on the enclosed budget statement. The Wingate HOA Board’s mission is to help maintain the unique character of our neighborhood.
Wingate HOA Annual Membership Dues are $75 per year. Dues statements are mailed to all homeowners every January and are due before the annual Spring Business Meeting each March. Dues can be paid via:
Check mailed to Wingate HOA Treasurer, 5205 136th St. SW, Edmonds, WA 98026
Wingate Directory
The Wingate HOA Board maintains a list of current contact information for all neighbors (to be used only for neighborhood-related information). Please submit any updates to your preferred name, phone number and email address as most Wingate communications are now sent electronically. Names, addresses, and phone numbers which are voluntarily provided will be published in the annual Wingate Neighborhood Directory which is emailed to all dues-paying members each April. Hard copies are available upon request. The directory also includes a map of the neighborhood, including trails.

I love living in a neighborhood were our kids can ride bikes to their friends’ houses and explore the woods. It feels like the forest but it’s also just minutes to the beach or the city.
